The workshop is often the visible part. But it only works because of the discovery that came before it and the design that shaped it. That is what makes the difference between a session people forget, and change that actually sticks.

This applies whether we are working on leadership alignment, team building, cross-cultural collaboration, AI or digital adoption, organisational change, or anything else where people need to move together.

The things everyone feels
but nobody says.

In most teams, there are conversations that need to happen but keep getting avoided. Tensions everyone is aware of but nobody names. The elephant in the room that grows the longer it goes unaddressed. This happens across cultures, disciplines, personalities and hierarchies, and it is always solvable.

We create the space and structure for difficult conversations to happen safely, so teams can move forward instead of around the things holding them back. That includes breaking down silos between departments, disciplines and functions, and making sure every voice shapes the outcome.

EU Joint Action, HEROES

18 member states. 55 organisations. One direction.

The HEROES project was one of Europe’s most complex public health consortia. Bringing together organisations from 18 countries across disciplines, languages and institutional cultures, the technical challenge was real, but the human challenge was bigger. How do you get that many people to actually pull together?

We designed and facilitated the collaboration structures, stakeholder alignment processes and cross-border working methods that made it function as one project rather than 55 parallel ones.

Process Design, Magellan Ingredients

Understanding people before investing in the system.

Magellan Ingredients was considering investing in an AI system. Before committing time and budget, they wanted to make sure they were building the right thing. We guided them through a process of understanding their own workflow first, identifying where people genuinely needed support, where tasks could be automated, and what the AI should actually look like to serve their team well.

By putting people at the centre before any technical decisions were made, they arrived at a clear picture of what they needed and what they did not. That clarity saved significant time and financial investment.

Ten years working for multinationals across industry. Ten years in the public field, governments, EU projects including Horizon, hospitals. Two very different worlds. One question that kept coming back: “Something doesn’t feel right in the team. We’re a bit stuck, can you help us activate people and make implementation actually work?” Communication challenges, groups that weren’t understanding each other, change that wasn’t landing. Every time, Ines found herself thinking the same thing: just focus on the people. Understand what they need. Involve them. That instinct became Augmented You. Ines has worked with research institutions, universities and knowledge organisations alongside her industry and public sector career, and brings both scientific rigour and practical experience to every engagement.
